Diana & Martin

Martin & Diana discovered their passion for Zouk dancing around seven years ago. Infected by the beauty, possibilities and connection during the dance, they both started travelling to national and international festivals and events to improve their dancing, technique and their knowledge. During their classes, they focus on clean technique to find the right connection to the dance partner and to work with the body in the most comfortable way possible.

Diana is one of the main organizers of the Zouk New Year´s Eve event in Erfurt. Martin supported the event as part of the core organization team, and he was also DJing during the event for the last years.

Diana about Martin: “Being a computer scientist, Martin always finds the right explanations and comparisons which make understanding the dance much easier. Moreover, he plays great and varying music during our parties which makes him very musically. Martin is dancing and teaching with a lot of passion and supporting our Zouk scene as well as me personally a lot.”

Martin about Diana: “Initially, I learned most of the things I know about Zouk from Diana. Therefore, it makes me very proud to teach with her now. Helping her with the organization of events and parties is a very satisfying experience. Dancing with her is (and always will be) a lot of fun, but I also appreciate the preparation for classes and her personally as a close friend.”
